If you have a foregin mobile phone number
Please send the following text: “Start [customer id] [facility id]” to +46737494999, e.g. “Start CCCCCCC 735999 FFFFFFFFFFFF”, or log into your account on ellevio.se and fill in an application. Please include your country code without the initial zero.
Make one application for each facility that you would like to receive information about, i.e. one for the house you live in, one for your summer residence and perhaps one for a relative’s house. You can subscribe to information about several facilities and several persons can be subscribed to the same facility.
Please inform us if you change your e-mail address or phone number by logging into your account on ellevio.se, or by calling our customer service. The service that sends you text and/or e-mail messages during a power outage is connected to our operation system. The system automatically registers faults on the high and medium voltage grid, while faults in the grid close to your house, the so-called low voltage grid, can only be registered when a customer reports the fault. As soon as we have received a notification we will send a text and/or an e-mail.
If you have received a text and/or e-mail message stating that the fault has been repaired and you still do not have any power the reason might be a fault that we have not been notified about. If this is the case please contact us so that we can attend to it. Please call our customer service at +46 20-44 11 00, it is available 24/7.
