Former CEO of E.on Försäljning, Karin Jarl Månsson has been elected as new board member in Ellevio. Karin replaces Nicola Shaw as of January 1, 2018. In addition, also Catharina Elmsäter-Svärd resigns from Ellevio's Board, due to her new role as CEO of the Swedish Construction Industries. Catharina is replaced by Mattias Bylund, former deputy board member.
Karin Jarl Månsson brings more than 30 years of experience from the energy sector to Ellevio's Board. Karin has had several senior positions within Eon, most recently as CEO of E.on Försäljning. Karin has previously also worked with E.on's power grids in different executive roles. In 2017, Karin left E.on for football and FC Rosengård, where she joined as Marketing Director, and where she also is a board member.
Mattias Bylund, who replaces Catharina Elmsäter-Svärd, is CFO and CRO of the Third Swedish Nation Pension Fund (AP3). He has previously been Head of External Management and quantitative analysts at AP3.
Ellevio's Board of Directors will, after the changes, consist of: Sören Mellstig, Chairman, Oskar Backman, Ralph Berg, Mattias Bylund, Jens Henriksson, Colin Hood, Karin Jarl Månsson, Pamela Sundin and Patrik Widén.
